Trying to decide which plan is right for you can be difficult.  If you need help making a choice or you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for please contact me.  I would be happy to create a custom plan that is suitable for your individual needs. 

Nutrition Consultations & Plans:
I provide several different levels of nutrition and lifestyle coaching where we will work together to find realistic and effective solutions to your health needs.  I work with individuals, small groups and corporate groups.  Please note these packages can be done as an individual or if you would like to do it with a friend or spouse, couples rates can be arranged.

Basic Nutrition – $115
Need help figuring out where to start?  Beginning a new food journey (Keto, Paleo, weight loss) and need some help figuring out what and how to eat?  We will meet together and discuss your health concerns, goals and expectations.  We will go over your current nutrition and lifestyle and find positive solutions to work towards your goals.  This package includes:
-one 60 minute health assessment (in person, via Skype or phone)
-specific recipe suggestions, meal planning advice and applicable relevant material
-nutrition recommendations
-email support with me for 60 days

 

Nutrition & Lifestyle Reshape – $175
Have a specific goal or health concern?  Have trouble dealing with stress, chronic pain, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, trouble sleeping or dealing with an illness?  This package includes nutrition advice and guidance, lifestyle and supplement recommendations specifically based on you and your unique concerns.
This package includes:
-one 60 minute initial health assessment (in person, via Skype or phone)
-specific recipe suggestions, one week meal plan and applicable relevant material/handouts
-nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations
-one 30 minute follow up session

Total Health Renovation – $250
This package is for those who are serious about taking charge of their health, who would like to discover any deficiencies in their vitamin and mineral profiles, need help with specific health concerns such as adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance or blood sugar management, stress, chronic pain, IBS or other issues.  We will discover the root cause of the problem and rebuild your health from the inside out.
This package includes:
-2 x 60 minute sessions (1 for initial intake, 1 for plan delivery), plus one 30 minute follow up session (in person, via Skype or phone)
–specific recipe suggestions, two week meal plan and applicable relevant material/handouts
-complete comprehensive nutrition advice including two week meal plan with recipes and other applicable relevant material/handouts
-nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations
-individual biochemical assessment which discovers macro and micronutrient deficiencies, as well as digestive, glandular and metabolic/system imbalances.
-unlimited email support for the 2 month plan

Follow-up Sessions (45 min) – $65
This session can be booked as a follow up after one of the previous packages.  We will discuss how the initial plan is working for you and make any necessary changes or additions to move forward with your health and wellness.  We will take further steps to get closer to your goals and fine tune what we started in the initial consultation as well as discuss any new concerns or goals you may have.

 

Meal Planning – $75/week or $150/month
Want to take the guess work out of what you should be eating?  I can design personalized monthly meal plans for you including the foods you love and excluding foods you prefer not to eat.

 

Recipe Reform – $75
I will take up to 10 of your favourite recipes and make them into a healthier version so you don’t have to stop eating the meals you love!  By substituting some ingredients almost every meal can be made into something that will nourish your body and taste delicious, too.

Corporate Challenges – $500-$1200 (depending on group size and length of challenge)
There is nothing that draws a group closer together than a health challenge.  I provide fun, simple and engaging challenges that can be done online or in person.  Each challenge can be tailored to the group with specific goals, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle and overall health and wellness.  Please contact me for full details.
